William A. ("Bill") Truban, Jr. was raised in Woodstock, Virginia. He and John are brothers. Bill received his undergraduate degree in finance from James Madison University in 1987 and has passed the CPA exam as well. He graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond in 1991 and practiced in Richmond, Virginia until joining Owen and Truban, PLC in 1994.
